We sell sublimation products (“Products”) through our Site. All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products we supply. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to sell Products to any person or geographic area.

By placing an order through our Site, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

Payment for Products must be made through our designated payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Site.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or force majeure events.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the South African Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Vaalpark, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BDL Design and Printing regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
